Capital Forest Products, a forest products distributor serving the Eastern United States, reports it has hired of Ben Jerkins as lumber trader, effective immediately.
In his new role, Jerkins will join the Capital Forest Shed Division, managing lumber and shed product sales in the Southeast. His home base in Atlanta brings the company a stronger foothold in the ever-growing market there.
In his former position as a regional sales manager for James Hardie, Jerkins developed square footage of new business, contributing to Hardie’s overall growth and new clientele in the Southeastern United States.
The company says his years of experience dominating growth and sales for a leading brand, and his extensive background as a sales manager in many industries, make Jerkins a tremendous asset to its team.
