NewFound Solutions Hosts Dealer Retreat

Phil Carselowey, co-founder of NewFound Solutions, shares ideas during the company’s Dealer Retreat in Bay City, Michigan.

Earlier this month, NewFound Solutions welcomed dealers and their families to Bay City, Michigan, for its biennial Dealer Retreat, an event designed to strengthen relationships, encourage professional growth, and create lasting memories.

“Events like our Dealer Retreat reinforce what makes our dealer network so special,” says

Phil Carselowey, co-founder of NewFound Solutions.

The retreat provided educational opportunities focused on helping dealers strengthen both their sales and marketing efforts.

Nate Linsey of Shed Connect led a session on sales closing strategies, lead follow-up, and best practices to improve conversion rates.

Dealers also attended a marketing workshop where they gained valuable insights into effective marketing strategies and received a first look at NewFound Rentals’ newly refreshed dealer marketing resources. Together, these sessions provided practical tools and actionable ideas that attendees can apply within their own organizations.

Throughout the retreat, dealers enjoyed daily fishing excursions on Saginaw Bay, creating opportunities to connect with fellow dealers and build relationships outside the day-to-day demands of business.

Family members and non-fishing attendees participated in a variety of activities, including carnival-themed games, guided crafts, family activities, and a charter boat tour on the Saginaw River.

Attendees also enjoyed catered meals, cookouts, and a fish fry featuring fish caught during the retreat. The combination of recreation, great food, and shared experiences created the ideal environment to strengthen connections across NewFound’s dealer network. “If you’ve ever wondered what our dealer community is really like, it’s a lot of this: families, friendships, learning, laughter, and a shared desire to build something meaningful. We’re grateful to be part of it,” Carselowey shares.
