SmartPay Rentals, the shed rent-to-own provider located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, reports it has hired two new sales representatives: Kyle Summers and Sam Byler.
Summers, from Dixon Springs, Illinois, has been working in shed sales and manufacturing for five years. His background in engineering helped him design and build quality structures.
In the past, when he worked as a salesperson selling sheds, Summers used SmartPay as a rent-to-own option for his customers. Now he has decided to work for SmartPay, covering parts of the Midwest (Missouri, Arkansas, Iowa, and Kansas) and the Southeast (Georgia and Florida).
He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, golfing, and is a song leader for the church he grew up in.
Byler, from Williamston, South Carolina, aka “Sambassador,” has been in the shed industry for many years. His shed experience started at an early age, which included delivering his first shed at the age of 8 and then establishing his own shed company in 2009.
After selling his shed manufacturing business, he kept on hauling sheds. Byler has been an integral part of the hauling world and founded the SHB–Shed Hauler Brotherhood. SHB has united shed haulers across the United States and includes events such as the annual Shed Haulers Bash where hundreds gather every year. His territory includes North Carolina and South Carolina.
Sam loves to grill while chit-chatting with friends and colleagues in his shop where he can also be found restoring the latest truck.
As sales representatives, SmartPay says Summers and Byler and Sam are the face of the company in their respective areas. They interact with dealers and salespeople in the shed industry every day. Their expertise of the industry helps them build relationships that assist their dealers in increasing sales and making the rent-to-own process as simple as possible.
The company says the expansion is a great add to its existing sales team at SmartPay Rentals. Dave Miller, CEO, still plays a vital role in sales and covers Pennsylvania, most of the northeast, along with several areas across the United States.
Shannon Latham covers Kentucky, Tennessee, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Don Verpent covers Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware.
