Colorado Shed Company in Penrose, Colorado, reports it is now offering offer modular cabins from sister company Dreamwood Cabin Company.
Dreamwood Cabins builds homes that are licensed by the Colorado Department of Housing and built to the latest code.
The cabins come in five different floor plans ranging in livable square footage space from 264 square feet to 1,344 square feet.
The modular homes are built in a climate-controlled warehouse by skilled Colorado craftsmen using some of the best materials. The highly efficient setup allows customers to get a high-quality cabin at an affordable price.
It also allows for the cabins to be built without the potential of weather to affect the building materials or project itself.
After the modular home is built and inspected, it is delivered to the customer’s property where it is set on the necessary foundation, which is primarily a block wall foundation. The company takes care of prepping the foundation and the necessary utilities before delivery.
