Father-and-Son Team Start DIY Shed Website

Shed-building father-son duo Guy and Cody Burdett of Salt Lake City have launched DIY-Plans.com, the pair report. They say they have created a niche market for do-it-yourself shed building, riding the wave of popularity with DIY projects.

With their decades of expertise, the Burdetts say building a shed has become easier than ever. Guy Burdett, the father, has 30 years building experience and has built over 25 homes. Cody Burdett, the son, grew up learning his father’s trade of home-building and shed-building. He has even built his own home, twice.

DIY-Plans offers a variety of different shed designs with multiple sizes. The company even offers plans for playsets, run-in barns, dog houses, arbor seat plans, and more.

Shed plans are now available to download instantly via DIY-Plans.com, according to the Burdetts. Each plan comes with a set of instructions, tool list, cut list, and material list in an easy-to-read Excel format.

In addition, the Burdetts say browsing shed design inventory and shopping for shed plans has never been easier with their responsive site design. The website’s enhanced imagery and improved navigation and functionality can be accessed seamlessly across desktop computers, tablets, and phones.
