Moving On

For shed haulers, having the right equipment is key to successful structure deliveries.

Many of you count on Pine Hill to supply your trailers, and that means you’ve counted on Reuben Miller on the sales team.

But life happens, and people move on. That includes Reuben.

The company recently shared a video of him saying goodbye. Here’s what he said.

I’ve been part of the sales team for the past 13 years here at Pine Hill. I’m here to give you a little update. Many of you have started as customers. However, along the way, you have become much more than that. You’ve become friends. We’ve become partners, troubleshooters. We’ve even designed stuff together. So, I’m here to get to tell you about a different chapter for me.

The Pine Hill story will continue, but it’s going to be without me. After much time and consideration, I have decided to accept a position as plant manager in the lumber industry. I have found out during this transition that leaving relationships and people is really, really hard. My chapter is going to change. The Pine Hill story will continue. I have complete confidence that you will be served in the same nature that you’ve been being served by. This team is better situated now than they ever were. From engineering to the people on the floor, parts and service, the craftsmen, and dedicated to customer service is truly amazing. With that, I guess I’m here to say farewell and thank you. Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your journey. Our partnership has meant more to me than words can truly describe. So, with that, I will say goodbye and thank you.

The company shares, “At Pine Hill, we often talk about trailers, manufacturing, innovation, and helping customers move forward. But at the heart of everything we do are the relationships we build along the way.

“For many years, Reuben has been an important part of those relationships.

“Whether working with customers, dealers, haulers, suppliers, or partners, Reuben has always approached his work with a genuine desire to serve others, solve problems, and build trust. Many who started as customers became friends, and the impact of those relationships will continue long after his time at Pine Hill.”

The company says that the same commitment to quality, care, and customer service that has guided it for years remains firmly in place. Its team remains focused on helping customers solve problems, achieve their goals, and move forward with confidence.

“On behalf of everyone at Pine Hill, thank you, Reuben, for your friendship, leadership, and years of service,” the company concludes. “We wish you and your family nothing but success in the journey ahead.”

So does everyone at Shed Business Journal.
