Shed Geek Makes Strategic Shift, Launches Shed Geek Consulting

Shed Geek has made a strategic transition in its business model, formally concluding its partnership with its previous marketing partners effective Sept. 1.

The move reflects Shed Geek’s continued focus on improving client outcomes and building stronger, more transparent collaborations across the shed industry.

Shed Geek founder Shannon Latham says that the company’s evolution comes from a desire to take full ownership of the client experience and ensure excellence in every engagement.

“Our clients deserve the very best outcomes,” he says. “This transition allows us to align more closely with partners whose expertise complements ours while maintaining complete accountability for the customer experience.”

Going forward, Shed Geek will no longer provide marketing services directly. Instead, the company will focus on developing a network of preferred partners (marketing agencies, technology providers, and operations experts), each vetted for their commitment to communication, transparency, and measurable results. Shed Geek will act as the connecting point between these partners and shed businesses seeking effective, results-driven solutions.

As a part of this same effort, the company also announced the creation of Shed Geek Consulting, a new division designed to advise on every aspect of the shed business ecosystem. Consulting areas will include sales, supplier options, financing and RTO, advertising strategy, ERP and POS software, 3D builder integrations, automated solutions, manufacturing workflows, and lead generation.

“Our role is to help the industry grow smarter, more connected, and more efficient,” Latham says. “Shed Geek Consulting is a natural extension of that mission, providing business owners the insights and tools they need to make better decisions and achieve greater success.”
