The list by Financial Times is a compilation of 500 of the most rapidly growing companies in North or South America, using data gathered by Statista.

ESH’S UTILITY BUILDINGS

Coming in at #121 on the list, Esh’s Utility Buildings has sustained an incredible growth rate of 398% from 2019 to 2022.

Since 1984, Esh’s Utility Buildings has been making storage sheds for the community in Kentucky.

In recent years, the company has seen significant growth, expanding its capabilities from primarily storage sheds and garages to include animal shelters, tiny home shells, and playsets.

CEO Chad Gingerich says, “We are a God-first organization. I believe that our success is due to our core values of integrity, professionalism, and service.

“Our team works hard to create a positive environment for our customers.”

With the growth it has experienced, Esh’s Utility Buildings has been able to open other locations to serve different communities.

It has eight locations across Kentucky and Tennessee besides its main location in Burkesville, Kentucky.

For customers searching for portable structures, Esh’s Utility Buildings has a full line of shed products, as well as tiny home cabin shells, garages, and animal shelters. Additional structures include greenhouses, hunting blinds, and playsets.

Customers also have the capability to design their own customized portable building with the 3D builder, which gives a three-dimensional rendition of the building.

“If a customer is looking for a portable building,” says Gingerich, “we are able to get them what they need.”

As Esh’s Utility Buildings looks to the future, it remains dedicated to serving customers. “With an efficient operation, we are able to keep costs down which also keeps our prices low,” says Gingerich.

“Our customers deserve our best efforts to keep prices affordable.”

The team at Esh’s believes that its business will continue to grow as it continues to make customers a priority.

FISHER BARNS

At #304 on the list, Fisher Barns has sustained an incredible growth rate of 123% from 2019 to 2022.

Founded over 20 years ago, Fisher Barns has significantly grown in recent years.

“I am proud of our team for this stretch of extended growth,” says Marvin Fisher, co-owner of Fisher Barns.

“We have done our best to provide a good product at reasonable prices.”

Fisher Barns has several product lines that are offered to customers, focusing primarily on storage sheds, prefab cabins, animal structures, and lawn furniture.

Each line has multiple design choices so evenry customer can find something they like. In addition, customers can choose to design their own building right on Fisher Barns website using its 3D builder.

“One of our goals is to provide each customer with a building that fits what their needs are,” says Fisher.

Fisher credits the company’s growth to product availability and competitive pricing. Its website allows customers to see all its available products in the comfort of their own homes.

As it has grown over the years, Fisher Barns has been able to produce buildings more efficiently.

By simplifying its workflow and buying materials in bulk, the business can keep its prices affordable and competitive.

Adding more locations has increased visibility for customers to see what Fisher Barns can offer. With sales locations in Abbeville, Anderson, and Greenwood, customers from all over western South Carolina and Northern Georgia can visit.

When asked about the future, Marvin comments, “Our goal is to keep the efficiency that we currently have while continuing to add other products.

“We are dedicated to bringing excellent service and products to our customer base.”
