Sheds Retail is our light weight, low cost version ideal for small manufacturers with a single sales location. It shows material, labor and overhead costs for standard buildings along with profit margin. It generates estimates, invoices, shop production orders and maintains sales history. Sheds Retail plus Finance add the ability to generate rent-to-own and traditional finance contracts.
The Manufacturer Module does all of the above plus calculates labor costs for everyone involved in the build process, along with driver pay, sales commissions, overhead and material costs. You’ll know your margin on every building.

It projects raw materials inventory levels based on current and planned production, then automatically adjusts as construction finishes and new materials arrive. It lets you schedule production, plan and schedule delivery loads, manage sales lot inventory, and more.
Both versions help you save time by reducing redundant data entry. Sheds can import orders from RTO National’s Dealer Management System, and Idearoom, ShedPro, and (soon) 3d Structure App configurators. It can also export invoices to QuickBooks.
